My journey began years ago at the Eastbourne College of Food and Fashion, where I honed my skills and developed a deep appreciation for the art of cooking. Since then, my love for food has only grown, driving me to explore flavours, experiment with ingredients, and craft dishes that bring joy to others.

Once the food has been delivered, it is the client's responsibility to ensure it is kept refrigerated as required. If you need advice on storing, consuming, or reheating food, please don’t hesitate to ask.

To prevent food poisoning, we reserve the right to remove any uneaten food at the end of your event. This helps avoid potential issues caused by improper food storage.

For the safety of all attendees, we kindly request that guests who have recently experienced sickness or symptoms of infection, do not attend the event. These infections can spread easily through contact with food and in crowded environments.

I hold a Level 2 Food Safety in Catering certification and have full public liability insurance.
